Our Plumbing Services

At B&B Building Services Inc, we focus our services on essential building systems that keep multi-unit properties running smoothly, including pressure reducing valves (PRVs), mixing valves, and backflow prevention systems.

  • Maintaining your site's Pressure Reducing Valves is essential in preventing issues pertaining to supply and consistency of hot & cold water to residents.

This service is also a key factor in preventing leaks, pin holes and damage to your piping system.

Our team of certified technicians will clean, repair and balance the pressures for Domestic Hot & Cold Water according to the system's designed requirements.

Clayval, Watts, Zurn and many other PRV Manufacturers recommend that Pressure Reducing Valves be serviced at least once a year.

  • Maintaining your site's Backflow Prevention Devices is essential for the health and wellbeing of your residents.

It is required by law that any location of a possible cross contamination of the Potable Domestic Water Supply be equipped with a Backflow Prevention Device.

It is also now required by law that ALL Backflow Prevention Devices located throughout your site be tested and reported to the region once a year.

Our team of certified technicians will test all Premise Isolation Backflow Devices and Zone Isolation Backflow Devices.

B&B Building Services Inc will provide Management copies of test results and submit them to the region on your behalf. If any defective devices are found, our team will present options for the repair or replacement of the device.

B&B Building Services Inc also conducts Cross-Connection Surveys as required by the regions of Ontario.

  • Maintaining your site's Domestic Hot Water Temperature is essential in preventing issues pertaining to supply and consistency of hot & cold water to residents.

Domestic Hot Water Mixing Valves are required by law to regulate the temperature of Domestic Hot Water supplied to residents to 120f (49c).

Our team of certified technicians will clean, repair and regulate the Domestic Hot Water Mixing Valves to code requirements.
